How to Administer Your Medication Safely

Overview

Your safety is our top priority. You can find step-by-step guidance in the Noom app. If you’re unsure about your dose, missed a dose, or had an issue during administration, your Clinical team is here to help.

You can find medication instructions and message your clinician directly in the Your Doctor chat within the Noom app. A clinician will typically respond within 36 hours.

    • Proactive Health Microdose GLP-1Rx Program (compounded semaglutide)
  2. Weight Loss Pill (Metformin) Administration

What to Do

To properly administer your medication:

  • Check the Your Doctor chat in the Noom app for instructions.

  • Skip the missed dose and take the next one as scheduled (for oral medications like Metformin).

⚠️ Note: Only a licensed provider can guide you on missed doses, schedule changes, or dosage concerns. A clinician will respond within 36 hours to help you stay on track.

If you take too high or too low a dose, or waste a dose:

  • Contact your Clinical team immediately through Your Doctor chat. A clinician will respond within 36 hours to guide you on next steps.
